Reserve Red Wines

Our Reserve Red wines are aged in first and second use French oak barrels for 12-14 months. These wines are full-bodied with a classic and elegant style which exhibit more spice notes and tend to be leaner in style than the more concentrated styles. Our wines are characterized by their natural acidity and the harvest is timed to obtain this characteristic. Once bottled the wines are then aged another 12 months before being shipped up to our warehouse in Houston.
